As soon as possible after an acute injury, you can relieve pain and swelling and start the healing process with RICE - rest, ice, compression, and elevation.

  • Rest. Protect the injured or sore area. Refrain from any activity that puts stress on the afflicted area or may worsen the injury.
  • Ice. Apply ice to reduce pain and swelling.
  • Compression. Compress or wrap the injured area to help decrease swelling.
  • Elevation. Elevate the injury while applying ice. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling.

  • Hyperice Ice Compression Technology combines the compression wrap with the patented air-release valve ice cell to maximize recovery.
