Introducing the Mental Health Alliance

We believe that every institution, community, and home needs effective tools for proactive mental wellness support, built into daily life. We’ve learned how Core has provided individuals an anchor in the storm and a boost in the good times, so we’re taking our collaborative research approach to the workplace - a location that is often a catalyst for stress. We aim to guide the next wave of understanding and innovation for effective, measurable mental wellness programs, with the only pilot study of its kind in collaboration with forward-thinking companies spanning multiple industries. See below some of our top partners who’ve committed to the mutual goal of mobilizing a new phase of healthy minds at work.

Partnering to impact change

Over the next 12 months, we will run one of the largest pilot studies of its kind measuring interventions for building resilience to stress in the workplace. This will include:

Customized programming

1:1 consultations with companies about their specific workforce needs so that we can implement tailored programs that are expertly developed for their specific needs, circumstances, and environment.

Group led meditations

Sessions for corporate teams led by our Core Expert Instructors. Offering a range of flexible options for every size company, every budget, as well as in-person, remote, and hybrid workforces.

Research and development

Option to participate in surveys and research to guide the next wave of understanding and innovation for effective, measurable mental wellness programs in the workforce.

On the importance

  • It's a better investment to be proactive towards employee stress than to reactively manage burnout.

Prioritizing mental health

  • We're offering a platform centered around the most important muscle - our minds.
